We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via e-mail in the future to inform you about our services or changes.

Disclaimer

Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone. Yoga and any other exercise programs may result in an injury. Consult your physician or other health care professional before beginning a yoga or Tai Chi practice.

Special Note for Women
Pregnant women should not practice any twists or abdominal tightening poses, and should consult with their physician before beginning any exerciser or yoga program. During menstruation women should not practice inverted poses, back bends or exercises involving vigorous movements.
